because I could not stop for death, he kindly stopped for me; the carriage held but just ourselves, and immortality

go gently into that good night
the supreme court today stood up for the rights of the sane world. by refusing to hear the case the court has made it clear that they feel the law was unconstitutional. I support this ruling not because I want to see this poor woman die, but because right or wrong her husband is her next of kin. the republicans seem to hit marriage from all sides, hindering the rights of gays to marry, and now fighting to undermine the role of a spouse in a person life.

what ever her parents, the state if florida, or even I think of michael schiavo, terri married him and made him her other half. and with nothing written down, or known by her whole family, the choice is left up to her husband.

it’s time we walk out of this family’s life. sleep well terri.
